This kind of "starting Over" is not the routine variety.
It usually comes as a sort of healing
after feelings of great emptiness.

STARTING ALL OVER AGAIN

It's older than Time; past reason and rhyme;
past all the ways of the Seasons.
The questions are gone. The Road's rolling on,
and you don't even need all the reasons.

It's easy to see - like it's all memory.
You've "been there" and "done that" before.
You've lightened the load. It's just you and the Road,
and you don't look back anymore.

(Chorus)
All of the pieces fall into place.
Time's just a thread floating in Space.
Wherever you're going - wherever you've been -
each step, is starting all over again.

The sun's going down on the next little town.
In the dusk, you can see the first star.
It's all just the same, like a self-starting game.
You're at home, wherever you are.

When the first light of dawn is calling you on,
at the top of that rise in the Road,
another new day will soon light the way,
washing the Road in its glow.

(Chorus)
All of the pieces fall into place.
Time's just a thread floating in Space.
Wherever you're going - wherever you've been -
each step, is starting all over again.
