ONE MORNING IN SEPTEMBER
One morning in September,
when leaves began to fall,
I visited remember,
wandering down Time's Hall.
I saw the scenes of passing years.
I heard our favorite song.
One by one, the scenes appeared,
as I wandered on.
Chorus
Music weaves a memory, re-visiting the heart.
Somewhere in Eternity,it finds us where we are.
Flowing on an ageless wind, I hear the gentle strains.
Our song is drifting back again, soft as Springtime rain.
One morning in September,
before old Winter's call,
I visited remember,
as leaves began to fall.
Whatever be the Season,
whatever be the year,
love is the timeless reason,
I always feel you near.
Chorus
Music weaves a memory, re-visiting the heart.
Somewhere in Eternity,it finds us where we are.
Flowing on an ageless wind, I hear the gentle strains.
Our song is drifting back again, soft as Springtime rain.
